Ms. Megan Harkema Megan Harkema is third-year graduate student studying nuclear environmental engineering at Vanderbilt University. She received a BS in nuclear engineering from the University of Michigan in 2018 and since then, has been the recipient of a DOE-NE Integrated University Program Fellowship. Her research interests include development of novel safety analysis techniques and safety-in-design methodologies for advanced reactor systems, particularly molten salt reactors.
